Space to explore
How you feel. How you relate. How you live.
Hello, I'm Luís an integrative therapist and counsellor – meaning I draw on different therapy approaches depending on what's most helpful for you. I provide in-person therapy in Central London and online.
Whatever brings you here – anxiety, depression, a life transition, your identity, relationships, the world feeling harder than it should, or something else – we'll explore it together.

About me
I'm Luís (he/him), a qualified integrative therapist with a BACP-accredited Diploma from the Minster Centre, one of Europe's leading training institutions, in London. My aim is to accept you warmly and without judgement, and to offer an authentic human connection where you're received with genuine care.
I offer therapy in-person in London W1 or online, in English or Portuguese, and can work in other languages too.
My practice aims to be anti-oppressive and inclusive of LGBTQIA+ people and relationship diversity, black, indigenous, and people of colour communities, and other minoritised groups and identities.

My relational, inclusive approach
We're partners on a shared journey, figuring things out together at your own pace.
I draw frequently on relational and body psychotherapy, and attachment. They see our struggles not as 'defects', but patterns formed by our relationships and the world around us, past and present.

What can therapy help with?
There isn't a set list of situations therapy can help with, but examples include:
When things feel heavy: anxiety, overwhelm, low mood and depression
When life shifts under you: grief, loss, illness and transitions
When connection feels hard: relationship difficulties, trauma and loneliness
When the world makes it harder to simply be who you are: sexuality, gender, disability, neurodivergence, race, culture, and more
When it's hard to feel good-enough: self-esteem, self-worth, searching for meaning
How does it work?
After an initial call we'll meet once a week for 50 minutes, either in person or online. We'll use our initial sessions to explore your situation in more depth, and figure out how we feel working together.
Together we'll pay attention to how things are for you, aiming to understand all parts of you – and as that develops, new ways of relating to yourself and others tend to open up.
Where to begin?
Get in touch to arrange a free 15 min initial conversation. We can explore what you need and how it might be to work together.
