Fees
I offer a free 15 minute introductory call either by phone or video. There is no obligation to continue if you do not feel we'd be a good fit.
If you decide you'd like to proceed, we will arrange one or two consultation sessions where we can explore your situation and goals in more depth. I practice online, or in person in comfortable rooms in central London W1U or the City of London EC4R.
Sessions last for 50 minutes, once a week. Meeting at the same time each week tends to build a steady sense of support over time. We can agree to work for a set number of sessions or we can work in an open-ended way (with review points) for as long as it feels useful for you.
I use a sliding scale between £70 - £90 per session based on your financial capacity. See below for details. Below the lower scale, I offer a small number of low-cost slots for those in financial hardship, those are often full. Nevertheless, the scale is a starting point, so feel free to get in touch and discuss your circumstances and budget if that is a concern.
